Preston Handbell Ensemble
This group gathers weekly to play enjoyable pieces of music using provided handbells. The group is open to anyone regardless of ability and no prior experience is expected. This is a music-making experience unlike anything else so it's worth giving it a try. The repertoire is based around pop songs and folk songs and, wherever possible, the parts are doubled so you will have support from someone else playing the same pattern as you. The group occasionally performs and sometimes joins with the Cottom Ukuleles and Good Day Sunshine Recorder Group to play together.
Mondays, 1pm-2pm in Cottam Community Centre, Haydocks Lane, PR4 0NY. £6 per session.
